How to Add Your Hostinger Domain Email to Gmail or Outlook

Categories:

Using your custom email address like info@yourdomain.com inside Gmail or Microsoft Outlook makes it easier to manage business emails in one place. Hostinger’s standard mail settings are imap.hostinger.com on port 993 with SSL for incoming mail, and smtp.hostinger.com on port 465 with SSL for outgoing mail. Hostinger also says you can use port 587 with TLS/STARTTLS for SMTP if needed.

Before you start

Make sure:

  • your Hostinger email account has already been created
  • you know your full email address and password
  • your domain email is active in Hostinger

Add Hostinger email to Gmail

Open the Gmail app, go to Settings, tap Add account, choose Other, enter your Hostinger email address, then select IMAP. After that, enter the Hostinger server settings above and finish setup. Hostinger’s Gmail guide lists these exact steps for Android and iOS.

Add Hostinger email to Microsoft Outlook

Open Outlook, choose Add Account, enter your email address, and continue. If Outlook does not detect the settings automatically, use manual IMAP setup and enter the Hostinger server details shown above. Microsoft’s Outlook setup guide confirms the basic add-account flow, and Hostinger provides the mail settings needed for manual setup.

Final tip

If you want the easiest setup, use IMAP so your emails stay synced across phone, tablet, and computer. Hostinger supports IMAP, POP3, and SMTP by default.
