Using your custom email address like info@yourdomain.com inside Gmail or Microsoft Outlook makes it easier to manage business emails in one place. Hostinger’s standard mail settings are imap.hostinger.com on port 993 with SSL for incoming mail, and smtp.hostinger.com on port 465 with SSL for outgoing mail. Hostinger also says you can use port 587 with TLS/STARTTLS for SMTP if needed.
Before you start
Make sure:
- your Hostinger email account has already been created
- you know your full email address and password
- your domain email is active in Hostinger

Final tip
If you want the easiest setup, use IMAP so your emails stay synced across phone, tablet, and computer. Hostinger supports IMAP, POP3, and SMTP by default.
